Fragile and loses crystals easily

I really wanted to love this Browband. I’m a big collector and have around 30 browbands from different brands and I’ve never had one drop this many crystals this quickly. The colors are gorgeous but lost 4 tiny crystals after only two rides. Sadly you don’t get spare small crystals and customer service is a bit hard to get a hold of.
